PROVENANCE WINES

Located 20 minutes north of Geelong, 5km east of Bannockburn, approximately 60km west of Melbourne our family winery specialises in Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz . Our wines are made from grapes grown in low yielding vineyards carefully selected for their distinctive terroir, match of site to grape variety and sustainable viticultural practices. Traditional winemaking ensures our wines truly reflect their inherent quality provenance.

Our name Provenance, meaning the place of origin, reflects the emphasis we place on the simple reality that great wines come from great vineyards. For more than 16 years we have searched the southern Victorian regions of Geelong, Ballarat and Henty seeking the best match of vineyard site (terroir) to the best grape varieties. This ensures that we start with the best possible produce and it is from this foundation that we carefully craft silky, balanced wines of restrained power.
