2003 Provenance Pinot Noir scores again
The great run for Provenance Pinot Noir continued at the recent Federation Square "Best of the Best" Victorian Wine Awards.
To be a finalist at these sought after awards, entrants had to have been previously awarded a gold or silver medal at the regional award level. We're proud to say both our 2002 & 2003 Pinot Noir wines met this criteria. To get there was an achievement in itself.
For the 2003 wine to then go on and take out the Best Pinot Noir in class was just plain fantastic. When recieving the award from the Minister for Regional Development, John Brumby MP, he commented how he loved the wine- think what you may of his politics but this guy clearly knows his wines.
This wine was also chosen for service in 1st class by Qantas.
