2010 PROVENANCE Golden Plains CHARDONNAY

Complex yet fine, our 2010 Chardonnay is all about generous, ripe nectarine and melon fruit flavours balanced by fresh natural acid. The fruit was harvested early for freshness with careful barrel fermentation/maturation ensuring oak plays a subtle support role. Long in mineral-like flavour. This is the sort of Chardonnay we seek to make….. and drink.
